The Catholic Services Appeal (CSA) is the annual fundraising campaign for the 13-county Diocese of Erie.

The CSA reminds us that we are all part of the same Catholic family and that the work of the diocese is the work of the church.

The CSA helps the Diocese of Erie to fulfill its mission to evangelize, educate, serve, proclaim the Word and celebrate the sacraments.  No funds donated to the CSA have been or will be used to defray expenses related to the sexual abuse scandal.

Our Goal
Twenty-five years ago, we installed ten air-conditioning units in our church. This past year, they have begun to fail to work; one, by one. I have heard the phrase: “you can no longer get parts for this unit” many times. Our only option is to replace our current units.

This summer, unless we can replace them, we will only have five working air conditioners of the ten original units. OLMC will have its own, local version of global warming! Our CSA appeal for our parish project is to begin a three-year phase replacement plan.

The total cost for the three-year project is $58,000. In this year’s appeal, we hope to raise $20,000 above our diocesan goal of $39,000. That would allow us to replace four air conditioners. Your generosity in this year’s CSA Appeal will help us reach our goal. Please complete your pledge or contribution and drop it in the collection basket next Sunday, March 3rd. You may pay off your pledge over the next ten months.
